Getting a Visa
1
Eligibility Review
We classify your case as O-1A or O-1B, evaluate awards, acclaim, and press, and confirm the U.S. petitioner (employer or agent) and itinerary.
2
Evidence Strategy & Collection
We map your profile to O-1 criteria (major prizes, leading roles, press, judging, memberships, high salary). We also draft and coordinate strong recommendation letters from recognized experts.
3
Advisory Consultation Letter
We obtain the required advisory opinion from a union, peer group, or management organization (mandatory for O-1B, recommended for O-1A).
4
Petition Assembly
We prepare Form I-129 with the O/P Classification Supplement, contracts and itinerary (agent model if applicable), attorney legal brief, and a fully organized evidence package.
5
Filing with USCIS
We submit the petition to USCIS under regular or Premium Processing (15 days), and handle change or extension of status if you are already in the U.S., with continuous tracking.
6
Consular Processing (if abroad)
We complete the DS-160, schedule the interview, conduct a mock interview with coaching, and review all documents. We coordinate directly with the U.S. embassy or consulate.
7
Case Management & RFEs
If USCIS issues a Request for Evidence (RFE), we respond with targeted evidence and legal arguments, keeping your petitioner or agent aligned on updates.
8
Approval & Family Support
We guide you through final O-1 approval and visa issuance, and prepare O-3 applications for your spouse and children (study allowed; no work). We also advise on extensions, amendments, and employer changes (new petition required).
