Introduction and Commitment
We see supreme importance in making digital services accessible to the general public, including people with disabilities.
We have invested and continue to invest efforts and resources in order to improve the browsing experience and the accessibility of the website for all users, in accordance with the principles of equality, human dignity, and liberty.

Website Accessibility
The accessibility of the website is intended to make it more available, friendly, and convenient to use for people with special needs, arising, among other things, from various motor disabilities, cognitive impairments, low vision, blindness or color blindness, hearing impairments, as well as senior citizens.

Standards and Regulations
We aspire and make efforts to comply with all the following requirements and standards:
a. Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 2013.
b. Israeli Standard SI 5568 (“Guidelines for Internet Content Accessibility”), which constitutes the adoption of the WCAG standard.
c. Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the international W3C consortium (to the extent technologically and design-wise possible).

Accessibility Adjustments Implemented
As part of our efforts to make the website accessible, we have implemented the following adjustments:
a. The website has been adapted for use in common browsers and on mobile devices, while supporting a variety of screen resolutions.
b. The website navigation tools were designed to be intuitive and clear.
c. The website content is organized in a hierarchical, clear, and consistent manner across all pages.
d. The content is written in simple and understandable language.
e. The website code was written using accurate semantic tags.
f. The user can mark and navigate between elements on the website using the keyboard (TAB), including personal customization of the marking order and focus.
g. Most images on the website have alternative textual descriptions (Alt texts) added in order to assist visually impaired users who use screen readers.
h. Most elements on the website are attached with aria-labels that allow visually impaired users who use a screen reader to receive a contextual description also for elements without recognized tags or images with Alt Text.
i. A contrast validity test was performed using WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools, in order to ensure that all texts and elements on the website are readable and identifiable properly.
j. We have avoided in advance the use of flashing or rapidly moving elements on the website as much as possible, and in addition we enabled on the website the option to globally disable all effects (Reduced Motion Settings) such as: movement, parallax, size changes, and various animations – for users who choose so.
k. Navigation-supporting elements were checked as meeting the accessibility standard in terms of minimum size to allow clicking or touch on mobile device screens.
l. Text sizes relevant for understanding, navigation, and use of the website were checked as meeting the standard for comfortable reading, with a minimum font size of 14 pixels, while ensuring that at any text size sufficient readability is maintained through adequate contrast and the option to enlarge up to 200% via browser settings.
m. There may appear elements that are solely for cosmetic purposes, which are not critical for understanding and navigation – the obligation does not apply to them.

Enlarging and reducing the display of all elements on the website is accessible by using:
Ctrl + Scroll-up / Scroll-down – to enlarge and reduce
Ctrl + + – enlarge the text on the website
Ctrl + - – reduce the text on the website
Ctrl + 0 – return the website to its original size
SPACE key – scroll down
F11 – full screen (press again to minimize)

Structural (Physical) Accessibility Arrangements
Herman operates in a fully digital format and does not receive the public at its address. Therefore, all meetings and services are provided online and there is no need for physical accessibility arrangements, parking, or accessible passages.

For the avoidance of doubt, we are committed to making our website accessible to all people, with and without disabilities. Appropriate technology has been implemented on this website in order to adapt to the needs of the entire population, and in particular to people with disabilities. This website is usable by the general public for the most part and with maximum effort. Despite our ongoing efforts, you may find elements that are not accessible because they have not yet been made accessible or because suitable technology has not yet been found. Alongside this, we promise that maximum efforts are being made to improve and provide accessibility at a high and uncompromising level.

We would be very pleased to receive your feedback. An initial response is usually provided within up to 7 business days; handling/resolution—according to the complexity of the issue.
