EB-5 Investor Program Overview & Benefits

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program was created to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. Applicants must invest the required amount of capital in a qualifying business and create at least ten full-time jobs for U.S. workers. Investors and their immediate family members can receive conditional permanent residency and later apply for permanent Green Card status once the investment and job creation requirements are fulfilled.
