Issued for up to 2–5 years, depending on nationality, with indefinite renewals as long as the business operates.

Family Eligibility

Your spouse and unmarried children under 21 may join under E-2 dependent visas. A spouse is automatically work-authorized with an ‘E-2S’ I-94 (no separate EAD required), while children may study but cannot work.
